In 2006, The Rt. Hon. Robert J. L. Hawke, Former Australian Prime Minister, served as the Global Chairman of APCEO himself.

In 2008, Hon. Dominique de Villepin, Former French Prime Minister, took over as Global Chairman of APCEO.

In 2011, Hon. John Winston Howard, Former Prime Minister of Australia, became the Global Co-Chairman of APCEO.
